I am pleased to announce an important component of our rewards program—the FY2015 Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). The AIP award recognizes the important role you – Sodexo’s leaders – play in driving our company’s success.

Your award is a percentage of your fiscal year earnings based on:
  • NorAm financial performance
  • Your personal achievement in attaining your Measured Performance Objectives (MPOs)
  • Your commitment to engaging in Diversity and Inclusion activities
To support our focus on Accelerating our Competitive Edge (ACE), the AIP award for General Managers and District Managers continues to be more closely tied to the financial results each individual controls. In addition, General Managers who take on a new unit opening receive an extra bonus for their extraordinary effort and accomplishment. We received favorable feedback on these new provisions of the AIP program last year and are continuing them without changes.
