We are pleased to announce the FY2014 Annual Incentive Plan (AIP)—an important part of the total rewards offered to you at Sodexo. We continually strive to ensure our compensation is fair, consistent and drives performance.

Sodexo rewards you for your success in achieving personal, division and company goals with an Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). The FY2014 Annual Incentive Plan's performance measures support Sodexo's corporate strategies and goals. You receive an award based on your results in each of three areas:

The award you will receive reflects your achievement of financial, diversity and individual goals.
Your award is a percentage of your fiscal year earnings based on:
  • Financial
  • Measured Performance Objectives (MPOs)
  • Diversity
Last year, we made some key changes to the AIP for GMs and DMs to support our focus on Accelerating our Competitive Edge (ACE). The GM and DM AIP award is more closely tied to financial results each individual controls. We believe improving the AIP to tie rewards more closely to personal achievement supports our ACE goals and will drive better results. We also added a bonus for GMs who take on a new unit opening. I'm pleased to say I've heard favorable comments about these changes and we are keeping them in the plan for FY2014.
